[Android] sometimes balance won't display in panel, just spins indefinitely

Description

I've only seen this with my older device (Android 7), sometimes when I open the panel the balance won't display, it just spins indefinitely. Close/reopen the panel doesn't work. If I background the browser, remove from memory, and relaunch, then the panel updates with my balance without spinning forever.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open panel
2. Look at balance

Actual result

Sometimes balance part just spins indefinitely

Expected result

balance should load without having to remove the app from memory

Issue reproduces how often

intermittent. I've seen 2x today but no discernible steps

Version/Channel Information:

Device details

• Does the issue resolve itself when disabling Brave Shields?
• Does the issue resolve itself when disabling Brave Rewards?

Verified on Google Pixel 3 XL with Android 12 running 1.48.154.

Verified on Samsung J7 Neo with Android 7 running 1.48.154.

Opened and closed rewards panel multiple times, did not observe any problems with spinning balance on either device.
