Unable to turn on Brave Ads

Description

Brave Ads button is unable to be changed.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to chrome://rewards
2. Click button

Expected result

It should be able to be turned on and off.

Can you go to brave://rewards-internals? This happens if "Wallet not yet created".

I created an empty wallet but it didn't change.

Thanks, but would you be able to go to brave://rewards-internals and see if it says "Wallet not yet created", or if you see a UUID (a bunch of letters, numbers, with dashes) after "Wallet Payment ID"? Thanks.

I already created one but it still says "Wallet not yet created".

I just fixed the issue by logging into my old crypto account.
