Description

[Follow up #19450] Wallet panel can be dismissed if the device is not connected in time

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Pair ledger device with wallet
  2. Physically disconnect the ledger
  3. Initiate a transfer from Ledger to another address
  4. WebHID popup and wallet panel popup is shown to connect the hardware device
  5. Click anywhere outside right before the device is connected, both panels are dismissed. This doesn't happen if the device is connected and then clicked

Actual result:

Expected result:

Possibly retain the panels when device is connected or not
