XIVLauncher / Dalamud add-on #2
Comments
Someone has made a browser plugin for xivlauncher. https://github.com/ackwell/BrowserHost |
I've been thinking about a XIVLauncher plugin (using that piece of software myself), but it's lower in my list of priorities. I was also waiting to implement server-side accounts (since right now XIV ToDo uses local storage. That said, if someone wants to give it a shot, I'm opened to the suggestion! |
My idea/suggestion is more like this... A plugin us made for xivlauncher.. that plugin has knowledge of every trial, dungeon, achievement, etc possible in the game. The player installs the plugin, the plugin reads the player data and checks off what's been completed in it's own database |
I like that idea. It could even utilize knowledge of sightseeing logs, timers, daily / weekly quests, as well as overall quest completed, etc. Note the prerequisite #13 though. |
Please take a look at this discord

I think it would be super awesome if you could make this even more awesome by creating a plugin for xivlauncher that has pretty much all the things in the app in that discord for us completionists.
The plugin could maybe report back to the site you made and also update that, but also have an in game UI and tracker so we could see our completion stats there as well.
Just an idea
