Agenda

1. Meet with group members and get to know each other.
2. Decide on the dates and times for our next meetings.
3. Prepare a communication plan.
4. Discuss tools that could be useful.
5. Assign tasks for the first homework.

Discussion

1. We decided to have 2 meetings a week. The first one is on Tuesdays at 20.00 for assigning the tasks for that week's homework, the second one on Saturdays at 19.00.
2. We created a Discord channel for our meetings, and decided to communicate through Discord and do a research about Trello.
3. We looked together at previous year's repositories for example.
4. We talked about issues, different labels for issues and decided to open an issue for every action item noted in meetings.
5. We assigned tasks to group members and determined deadlines for each task.
