Version 1.0 release

This new release highlights the progress and stability since the previous release:

Not counting multiple bug fixes and improvements, we added recently:

• Support for more file extensions
• Tokenization fixes
  Because of the above, it's required to index all projects from scratch again.

Elixir now supports indexing the source code of 16 projects.
