This PR moves the Arduino package into the separate bonsai-rx/arduino repository. Commit history has been rewritten in the new repository to keep track of git blame history, but otherwise the repositories are now expected to evolve separately.
Eventually the Arduino package will be deprecated and replaced by a more general Firmata package.
