Part of #1287

Overview

Teleportation contracts need to be deployed & configured for Optimism/Arbitrum.

Changes

  • Add Optimism/Arbitrum support to our deploy script (added separate task that only executes scripts that should be deployed on limited networks as I call ARB/OP in that sense).
  • Documentation update for new contract deployments.
  • Teleportation service updated with new contract addresses.

Testing

  • Deployed the OP/ARB contracts for light bridge that way.
  • Unit & integration tests run through.
