Is your feature request related to a problem?

After I click "Sync now", then it shows "Syncing...", but the icon (two arrows) remains the same for the "Syncing..." item when no animations are enabled on my Windows 10.

The "hourglass.svg" would serve as static & no animations equivalent to "loading.svg" in the Account menu.

The solution I'd like

Replace the two arrows icon with the static "Hourglass.svg" icon for the "Syncing..." item in the Account menu.
