This PR improves on the CI configuration:

• enables release workflow triggering by tag events
• unifies the stacks used by different workflows
  • macOS -> osx-xcode-edge
  • linux -> (default stacks) linux-docker-android-22.04
    • except docker tests, those are on linux-docker-android-20.04
• update status report name
  • Run integration tests and export results (Integration tests (Linux)) -> Run integration tests (Integration tests on Linux)
