This PR changed the deck id of the Loco deck to
bcLoco(frombcDWM1000) to harmonize it with the id that is written to the one wire memory.A new parameter
deck.bcLocohas been added and the olddeck.bcDWM1000is now deprecated and will be removed in the future.Closes #1191
