End of Crazyflie 1.0 compatibility

It has been increasingly hard to maintain compatibility with the Crazyflie 1.0, mainly due to the smaller memory. Further more, most of the changes to the code lately have been related to decks and autonomous flight that can not be used on the CF1 hardware. We have therefore decided not to maintain the CF1 compatibility.
The last official release of the firmware for the Crazyflie 1.0 is the 2017.06 tag (ab6d531).

Task:
Remove all references, compile flags, files and so on for CF1
