DOCUMENTATION: Clarify type of returned value of ns.gang.getOtherGangInformation

Is this the appropriate place to suggest additions to the docs? Because I noticed when working on gangs that the getOtherGangInformation() page in the docs doesn't describe the structure of the object it returns, and neither does the page it links to. ( https://github.com/bitburner-official/bitburner-src/blob/stable/markdown/bitburner.gang.getotherganginformation.md and https://github.com/bitburner-official/bitburner-src/blob/stable/markdown/bitburner.gangotherinfo.md respectively)

When GangOtherInfo is converted to an md file, it does not contain any useful information.
