• Updated the Roadmap in README for what concerns the PaaS offering.

PR Summary

• Enhanced "Basic Cloud Primitives" Section
  Several new elements including Domains and SSL Management, Basic Authentication, API Keys Management, Payments, and support for Multiple Orchestrators have been added to the "Basic Cloud Primitives" section. This will improve the manageability and security of cloud-based components.

• Updated On-Premises AI Service Instructions
  The instructions for setting up, packaging, and publishing an AI service in a on-premises environment have been updated. This will help users to more easily implement and deploy AI services in such contexts.

• Added "Coder" Feature Support
  The system's capabilities have been expanded with the addition of the "Coder" feature. This will offer users increased functionality and versatility.

• Added "Upscaler" Feature Support
  The "Upscaler" feature has also been added into our list of supported features, allowing users to scale their applications in a more efficient and controlled manner.
