Add MarketChannel Make NumOffersObserver inner class of Markets
Apply selecting market with the properties displayed in the header
NodeOfferbookServiceFacade provides a static marketListItemList, a offerbookListItemList as StateFlow and a selectedOfferbookMarket as StateFlow. UI binding on those values will get the dynamic updates.
