Summary

This PR add <link rel="alternate" type="application/rss+xml" href="https://biomejs.dev/feed.xml"> to website <head>.
It helps user find RSS feed.

For example, Feedly and Inoreader can discover the URL of an RSS feed by looking at this tag.

Test Plan

Check response of website.
