Summary The 'gRbase' package provides graphical modelling features used by e.g. the packages 'gRain', 'gRim' and 'gRc'. 'gRbase' implements graph algorithms including (i) maximum cardinality search (for marked and unmarked graphs). (ii) moralization, (iii) triangulation, (iv) creation of junction tree. 'gRbase' facilitates array operations, 'gRbase' implements functions for testing for conditional independence. 'gRbase' illustrates how hierarchical log-linear models may be implemented and describes concept of graphical meta data. The facilities of the package are documented in the book by Højsgaard, Edwards and Lauritzen (2012, doi:10.1007/978-1-4614-2299-0) and in the paper by Dethlefsen and Højsgaard, (2005, doi:10.18637/jss.v014.i17). Please see 'citation("gRbase")' for citation details. NOTICE 'gRbase' requires that the packages graph, 'Rgraphviz' and 'RBGL' are installed from 'bioconductor'; for installation instructions please refer to the web page given below.

📝 Walkthrough

Walkthrough

The pull request involves an update to the meta.yaml file for the r-grbase package. The primary changes include an increment in the version number from 2.0.2 to 2.0.3, along with an updated SHA256 checksum from 36720e49b82e360166386c9b3bf17838aeb6d9b921e7e01d48f8a115f9a02e97 to 2ac60cbf683f1bebd3fbc50f3e71d76ff9e0b1daa441c397b0b7c43b326f1ba2. These modifications indicate a new version of the package with a corresponding change in the source package integrity check. The structure of the meta.yaml file remains unchanged, with no alterations to dependencies, build requirements, or other metadata sections.

1-1: Version update looks good.

The version has been correctly updated from '2.0.2' to '2.0.3', which aligns with the PR objectives.

Line range hint 1-11: Overall changes look appropriate for a version bump.

The changes in this file are limited to updating the version number and the SHA256 checksum, which is appropriate for a version bump from 2.0.2 to 2.0.3. The build number remains at 0, which is correct for a new version. No changes to dependencies or other metadata were necessary, which is consistent with a minor version update.

11-11: SHA256 checksum has been updated.

The SHA256 checksum has been updated, which is necessary for the new version of the package. However, it's important to verify that this checksum is correct for the updated package.

To verify the SHA256 checksum, you can run the following script:

There are 3 ways to chat with CodeRabbit:

  • Review comments: Directly reply to a review comment made by CodeRabbit. Example:
    • I pushed a fix in commit <commit_id>, please review it.
    • Generate unit testing code for this file.
    • Open a follow-up GitHub issue for this discussion.
  • Files and specific lines of code (under the "Files changed" tab): Tag @coderabbitai in a new review comment at the desired location with your query. Examples:
    • @coderabbitai generate unit testing code for this file.
    • @coderabbitai modularize this function.
  • PR comments: Tag @coderabbitai in a new PR comment to ask questions about the PR branch. For the best results, please provide a very specific query, as very limited context is provided in this mode. Examples:
    • @coderabbitai gather interesting stats about this repository and render them as a table. Additionally, render a pie chart showing the language distribution in the codebase.
    • @coderabbitai read src/utils.ts and generate unit testing code.
    • @coderabbitai read the files in the src/scheduler package and generate a class diagram using mermaid and a README in the markdown format.
    • @coderabbitai help me debug CodeRabbit configuration file.

Note: Be mindful of the bot's finite context window. It's strongly recommended to break down tasks such as reading entire modules into smaller chunks. For a focused discussion, use review comments to chat about specific files and their changes, instead of using the PR comments.
