Update GMAP version to 2020.04.08

Update GMAP recipe to the newest 2020.04.08 version.

Apologies if this is not the right place to report that the latest version of gmap 2020.04.08 in bioconda apparently wasn't compiled with zlib. I installed it in linux and the option --gunzip is not available.

@edgardomortiz , thank you for reporting this! I did remove "zlib" as a dependency from the newest version assuming it is part of the compiler dependencies. I can definitely open another PR with the updates in a moment.

Ok, I opened a PR, #22382 with the changes. I will let you know once the tests pass and the recipe is merged.
