Modify "Display Results" to show Sequencing Progress

When looking at a plate and click on "Display Options" we see metadata for the events & samples but not generally Sequencing metadata. The ask for this issue is to add Sequencing Results (see button under Reaction State) and to label by the Latest sequencing result. There is a possibility of having multiple sequencing results, even though the standard practice is to overwrite sequencing result... so, we take the latest sequencing result and add this to the Display Options field.

Note, this will go in the top of the lookup list near: # sequences, # traces (call this Sequence Progress).

This issue, if possible will supersede #136

This is fixed with commit 5d28fc9 there is now a "Sequence Status" field that we can use to color on sequence status ! options as well to even select color for viewing.
