Fixed parsing of conditionals in COUNTIF functions

Conditional operators in the selection parameter of COUNTIF
functions were not being parsed properly, causing evaluations
of formulae with such functions to sometimes fail.

Fixes PHPOffice#526
Closes PHPOffice#528
