Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We need to allow users to save ACMG criteria on the server, possibly connected to a previously defined case context.

Describe the solution you'd like
Allow users to save ACMG criteria for sequence and structural variants on the server. Optionally, the should be able to connect it to previously defined case information.

  • create models, schemas, API endpoints on the server
  • API, store, view integration into front-end
  • add CRUD to the user profile with an entry in the sidebar

We need to store:

  • ACMG assessment
  • Orphanet/OMIM/HPO terms, allow to easily copy from currently defined case
  • allow to link to currently defined case

All of the above with tests.

Describe alternatives you've considered
N/A
