Describe the bug
We had the feature that MANE transcripts were labeled. This is not the case any more.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to any seqvar detail page.
  2. Scroll down to consequences.
  3. See no MANE highlight.

Expected behavior
MANE label should be applied.

This is an issue and will be fixed by this PR and an upgrade to mehari-data-tx v0.4.3.
