Describe the bug
The ACMG display for seqvars is not displaying correctly but jumping back and forth between being displayed and not being displayed.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://reev.cubi.bihealth.org/seqvar/grch37-6-165827027-A-C
  2. Scroll down to ACMG seqvar component
  3. See it the card appear and disappear.

Expected behavior
It should be displayed.

Caused by a logic error when loading ACMG rating from server and improper condition in watch().
