Describe the bug
After deploying the latest version, nothing is sent to our matomo site.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://reev.bihealth.org
  2. Open developer tools / network
  3. Reload
  4. See matomo JS being loaded but no connection to matomo server.

Expected behavior
User visit should be tracked.

Also, when there is no matomo configuration in the server, the client throws an error
