Describe the bug
The SV detail page uses wrong coordinates in genome browser.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to REEV homage
  2. Enter DEL:chr17:41176312:41277500
  3. Click Search
  4. You go to https://reev.cubi.bihealth.org/cnv/DEL:chr17:41176312:41277500/grch37
  5. See that the genome browser coordinates are chr17:41,175,312-412,775,001,000, note the wrong 1,000 suffix.

Expected behavior
The suffix should not be there
