CADD missing for novel indels

Describe the bug
We don't have a CADD score for non-precomputed values at the moment.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://reev.cubi.bihealth.org/variant/chr4:111539501:AAG:G/grch37
2. Scroll down to variant tools
3. See no data is available

Expected behavior
CADD score should display.

• CADD scores are currently only available for some precomputed indels on top of all possible SNVs.

@gromdimon please add a note if no variant prediction is available that reads "Variant predictions are currently only available for SNVs and certain precomputed indels." Then put mileston of 1.0.0.
