Describe the bug
The UCSC linkout is broken and generates chromosome names such as chrchr17.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to variant detail page
  2. Click on UCSC Linkout
  3. See error

Expected behavior
Linkout should be correct.
