Supplied main_body wouldn't fit with the recently updated SB motor_plate. This updates main_body_EBB_SB to fit properly with the updated upstream parts.

Hi there, thanks for your work!
I printed your version of the main body, the motor plate from SB repo and the cable_door_EBB_SB.
The main body and the motor plate sits perfectly, so that's fixed!
But there seems to be a gap between the door and the main body.
I see that you also lowered the side flange of the main body and I think that's why there's a gap. Do you have a version where only the groove is changed but the everything else just like EBBs version?
As far as I can see it's only the groove that needed revision nothing else.
Or maybe I used the wrong parts somehow? Can you help please?
Thanks!

Hello,

Do you have a version where only the groove is changed but the everything else just like EBBs version?
As far as I can see it's only the groove that needed revision nothing else.

That's what this part is. I overlaid BTT's motor plate part (with the outdated key) with the original (most recent) SB motor plate and trimmed the key to match. So other than the trimmed down key, it matches the EBBs version exactly.

Made no changes to the side flange.

Here's also a full model of the toolhead with this modified EBB motor plate the the cable door (cable_door_PCB_EBB_SB).

Actually assembled a SB toolhead early today with this part, and I'm not seeing any gaps?

I'd wager that you printed the Cable_Cover_for_Pcb_v1.1 part, which I believe is just the normal SB PCB cover. It doesn't have the extended front needed to fit right with the EBB motor plate (so I'm not even sure why it's included in this repo). You need to use either cable_door_EBB_SB or cable_door_PCB_EBB_SB.

Hey!!

I really appreciate taking screenshots and photos of your work.

I actually found out what the problem was!

cable_door_EBB_SB is the wrong part to print in my case, which was what I printed.

I should've gone for cable_door_PCB_EBB_SB which is taller, and it'll close the gap that I currently have.

What motor plate is this used with? It does not fit the motor plate from the original Stealthburner files.
