Major PR covering multiple fixes, refactoring, and new functionalities:

  • all barplots, boxplots, and stacked boxplots now have their individual function. Global changes can be done at their respective functions.
  • all barplots, boxplots, and stacked boxplots now converted to plotly.
  • board.clustering now refactored to the new plotmodule
  • fixed several reactivity issues and problematic inputs
  • added new functionality to correlation_plot_corr, order by effect size
