Keep track of everyone involved in building BEP001

We'll need to acknowledge everyone who helps incorporate this extension into BIDS at some point. I'd very much like to keep track of people prospectively (from August 2018) so if you know of someone who has contributed to BEP001 please add their name to this issue.

Note also that being on this list does not automatically mean you will be an author on any publications associated with BEP001. We aren't at the write up stage yet, and so we aren't having that conversation yet. Any contribution is good enough to be added to this list, authorship will likely require a minimum commitment or sustained contribution to the project.
