lgtm, thanks @k-wall . Do you know whether the enterprise billing model influences the availability of the new cluster registration endpoints for a particular client?

Looks like it's based on ENTERPRISE_CLUSTER_REGISTRATION_ALLOWED_ORGANIZATIONS for now.

That's correct. It is based on the ENTERPRISE_CLUSTER_REGISTRATION_ALLOWED_ORGANIZATIONS for now but this will change - there is a planned work to make it check the presence enterprise quota. The timeline for that is unknown for now - likely not in a month or so ;-)
