add search bar and login bar

I found the search-bar loing-bar of buttongroup in TS SETUP, and I add in main.html
I can show the search bar. but I don't konw how to config it.
Can u tell me, how to change bootstrap's Templates?
I also fount bootstrap.min.css none work for FE, only used by BE, can u del it ,or use it in FE?
.less and .less, and so on in EXT isn't happy to designer.

Hey @DavidsWONG, thx for reporting.

The search and login bar have been removed from the scope of the introduction distribution to keep it simpler for the most usecases. Its currently not planned to support them again in this distribution.

The bootstrap.min.css is only for the richtext editor in the backend - but i would suggest not to edit or remove anyfile in this extension. If you want to put your own css files in there or replace existing have a look here: #33

Templates can be edited by changing the path to the template in the constant editor.

I do not want to modify only one CSS. I want a whole change. I like your template, but I have to do so much modification.
Such as, adding AJAX mode search box in navbar(like apple.com did), tt_news add new other templates that with ur css templates.
I want to make some new plugins' templates with your css, bootstrap.min.css.
so I want your help, please! which software can integrate your bootstrap settings, similar to Bootstrap Live Editor. The best, one api base on the normal BOOTSTRAP, for more soft can change NORMAL BOOTSTRAP VISIBLE.

but ,U can't follow me. I only want more config of BOOTSTRAP_PACKAGE, just like I config NORMAL BOOTSTRAP. so, It's none typo3 team's business. @_@

@benjaminkott So, if you do not plan to support search and login bar, you will remove the TypoScript and CSS for it? E.g. lib.navigation.buttongroup in TypoScript or CSS classes "searchbar-x".

If you stick to the normal bootstrap 3.2 classnames you should be fine creating templates for this package. If you need tools you can checkout http://www.layoutit.com/ for example.

The bootstrap.min.css file you find is only for the RTE in the backend. It is not used in the frontend!
Less files will be compiled in runtime if needed and not already cached.
But you are always free to add your own less/css files just have a look here: #33
