Much like #330, this refactors the construction of the move tree to a central location, and allows customization by two methods.

  • Construct the base tree from Dataforged data
  • Walk a folder for more moves
  • Fire the hook
  • Update the customization documentation
    • Also update the Foundry directory once this ships
  • Update the move sheet to use this new structure
  • Update CHANGELOG.md
