Roll dialog: actor select if needed

The defaultActor helper does a confusing thing invisibly sometimes, so let's get rid of it if we can. This adds an extra drop-down to the move dialog, which lets the player choose a character if there is more than one choice to make.

• Remember the choice in a flag on the site
