I am the lab manager and senior researcher for the Bradley Lab at the Ohio State University Microbiology Department.
I have been in charge of all project and budget management for the Bradley Lab since August 2022. Since joining the group, we have tripled in size and have secured the first grant funding for the group. - Member of the senior technician advisory board to assist management and PIs in decision making for the lab
- Developed scientific protocols for both in vivo and ex vivo research
- Lead mouse technician in charge of several active projects as well as colony management of over 600 cages
- Used CRISPR-Cas9 technology to develop novel cell lines and plasmids
- Researched diseeases including T-ALL, AML, CML, and CLL
