Improvements on the formio components' style, bringing it in line with the general identity:
Form field hover buttons
Preview panel and button style
Tables: borderless, smaller text and vertically aligned
Compact layout for selecting default values
Styled error messages and fix file upload preview
Our custom CSS to hide the formio modal title was also hiding a part of the upload preview, now fixed
