• add selector for "Legal Type in Home Jurisdiction" (designs coming soon) NEW
• if Alberta ULC (prov is from jurisdiction; type is from NR), show required upload affidavit section -- use existing file upload functionality in Legal API
• do we delete the first file if the user has selected one and then selects a different one? If needed, create another ticket to fix this for all applicable filings.
• button up this component (including data save/restore, validation, etc)

Q: do we know if xpro fields will be editable? -> No, not editable.

Q: this depends on business search returning additional fields (jurisdiction + incorporation date); will that be done? -> Yes, Kaine wants business search to provide all fields (not editable).
