  • Reference amalgamation RFC for more background on design decisions made around filer logic
  • Create amalgamated business using schema properties like an IA
  • Set the business state filing_id to amalgamation filing id
  • Dissolve the amalgamating businesses from the amalgamating list (handled by Legal API).
  • Set the business state to historical
  • Set business dissolution date
  • Set the business state filing_id to amalgamation filing id
  • Populate amalgamation tables created in Legal API: model updates #18977
  • Create unit tests
