Changed to use align rather than eqnarray in chapters 02 and 03 to allow them to knit properly as PDF from RStudio (previously there was an error when knitting to pdf) throws error 43)
In the previous version of the script there was an * in the eqnarray tag - not sure if this was the cause of the issue but swap out code fixes and still renders in html and word.
