Boomerang js RT Plugin and Multiple Beacons Problem

This is internal project documentation page. Once we connect rt plugin it start sending additional beacon which has no useful (for project at this stage) information. Our current beacons processing logic process each and every beacon arrived but once it has no useful information it generates additional blank entry (zeroes) in navigation_timings table.
