A Keras implementation of Optic Disc Segmentation

Keras with a tensorflow backend is used

Code and paper for the third place solution of the the preliminary (IDRID) optic disc segmentation challenge

The task was solved using a residual variant of the Unet architecture, along with mean colour subtraction as preprocessing
