Description:
Add Tooling support for the OracleDB connector.

Following tooling support must be implemented,

  • Diagnostics
  • Code completions
  • Code actions
  • Formatting
  • Hover

Diagnostics,

loginTimeout, connectTimeout, connectTimeout needs to be validated for negative values.
