Lando - mysql warning for healthcheck step - locally and in GitHub Action

Most times (but not all) when starting or rebuilding or starting from new (i.e. GHA), this warning appears and causes the database healthcheck to fail even though it is actually working and the backdrop sites go on to install successfully.
