Currently we are using both Github Actions and BuildKite. We need to decide on one of them and migrate the other parts to it.


Acceptance Criteria:

  1. Agree on one CI/CD location, with clear and data driven reasons.
  2. Migrate to that system (be it BuildKite or Github Actions)
