Detect spring.application.name and show in azure.yaml #62

When a spring boot project specify the application name in the application.yml, we should use it as the name of detected project. This is useful especially in the spring-petclinic-microservices project.

Could you please create another PR to merge detectSpringApplicationName , detectSpringCloudAzure, detectSpringCloudEureka, detectSpringCloudConfig into new func: detectMetadata?
