Add dashboard hyperlinks to B.AI. report.

- rename report generation utils
- update xlsx2html package to a patched version that supports
  hyperlinks
- change to weekly window for the daily report.
- minor updates to benchmarks.
- minor update to column names for Training tasks.
- Remove unused Precision for Training NLP.
- Correct column name headers for Top 1 accuracies.
- Add ONNX GPU Import and do some reordering.
- Remove old benchmarks.
- add init file so that lambda handler can find lambda method.
