[v2][source] Tracking issue for installing AWS CLI v2 from source #6785

As mentioned in #4685 (comment) updating PyInstaller from 4.2 to 4.10 works fantastically for building with musl. There are also newer version of PyInstaller, 5.0.1 at the time of writing, but I've not tried with them yet. |

Looks like as of v2.7.30 that PyInstaller was updated to 5.3, so this should be a big help. |
