per #1665, #1954 and others, there's still an issue installing awscli via Pip on OS X.
Yes, I know there's a workaround that's available, but it seems like this should be something that could be fixed in a better way. If simply ignoring the installed version already works (which I think means the app should end up looking at that version anyway), then maybe the version requirement could just be relaxed?
