Issue # (if applicable)
Closes #29615.
Reason for this change
The target classes in the
aws-scheduler-targets-alpha
module has a check to ensure the target itself and the Schedule invoking the target are in the same environment (i.e. in the same account and same region). Such check prevents users from using imported targets with theSchedule
construct.Description of changes
Removed the check in all target classes.
