package from getting logger before it is initialized bycni-metrics-helper
. Now,cni-metrics-helper
createspublisher
with the logger as a member variable.If an issue # is not available please add repro steps and logs from IPAMD/CNI showing the issue:
Running cni-metrics-helper will show that logs in
publisher
are not output to container logs.Testing done on this change:
Manually verified that logging for this package now works. Manually verified cni-metrics-helper integration tests pass with this fix.
